We deliver typically within 2 to 7 business days, based on the distance to the destination, for packages up to 150 lbs. each, with a maximum length of 108 inches and a length plus girth of 165 inches. Coverage includes every business and residential address in all 10 Canadian provinces, plus Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Brokerage-inclusive service

Your FedEx International Ground shipments now include brokerage-inclusive service. This means we process your paperwork while your shipment is in transit — facilitating customs clearance upon arrival. FedEx International Ground shipments automatically default to the brokerage-inclusive option on all FedEx® electronic shipping solutions.1

Broker-select option

If you want to use your own broker for customs clearance, you still can with this option. Our electronic shipping solutions support a customizable database for storing broker information, thereby eliminating the need to repeatedly enter broker information for subsequent shipments to the same recipient. Flexible billing options

You can bill duties, taxes and ancillary service fees to the sender, the recipient or a third party. Because you know upfront who the responsible party is for each charge, you're better able to manage your finances.

A money-back guarantee on shipping charges

If we fail to deliver your brokerage-inclusive shipment by the end of the scheduled delivery day, you are eligible for a credit or refund of the shipping charges. The money-back guarantee does not include clearance delays or clearance entry fees and only applies if you choose the brokerage-inclusive option.
