If you enable FedEx Electronic Trade Documents, FedEx highly recommends that you select the options to use uploaded company letterhead as well as uploaded signature image.

Follow these steps:

FedEx Web Services: Industry standard software integrated into your web applications. Developer resources required. 24/7 online developers portal.

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the FedEx Developer Resource Center Technical Resources section.

Step 2: Select FedEx Web Services for Shipping and click on Get Started.

Step 3: Select the Advanced Services tab and click on Electronic Trade Documents / Upload Document Service.

Step 4: Select the sample code of your choice between C#, VB.Net, Java, and PHP or you can start coding according to the WSDL.


Download the Developer Guide (log in required) and select FedEx Electronic Trade Document from the choices on the left panel.

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to FedEx Developer Resource Center

Step 2: Select the FedEx Ship Manager Server section.

Step 3: Click on Get Started with Ship Manager Server now. 

Step 4: Click on Learn more about Requirements from the Requirements section

Step 5: Scroll down to the Documentation section and download the "Version 10.6.1 FedEx Ship Manager Server Technical What's New" guide. Review the section on FedEx Electronic Trade Documents.
