The Branding Experience
When a package is received, it marks one of the most direct communication moments many small businesses have with their customers, yet it’s often overlooked as a marketing opportunity. Providing an inviting visual and tactile experience with your packaging can help create positive sentiment with your customers, deepen customer loyalty, and increase the likelihood of positive word of mouth, including via social media. Branded packaging can also be a differentiator for a small business by providing a competitive edge in attracting new customers.
